The Smartypants gummies are yummy! Totes have them on automatic delivery with Amazon.

We use smartypants organic gummies. Yes they do have a small amount of sugar, but I'm okay with it. She sees them like a treat and gets excited for them. We brush consistently.

As for the vitamins my 4yo son wasn't having issues sleeping but the smartypants multivitamins and mineral chews have helped with aggression/moodiness.

I don’t give my baby any because he’s EBF, but I do give my toddler the smarty pants vitamins. My sisters little girl had some health issues a few years back and these are the best vitamins she could find on the market and she’s pretty thorough on things like that.

My 2 yr goes for days when I swear he eats only goldfish- so we definitely give a multivitamin. I’m not thrilled with the added sugar in smartypants toddler formula, but I like that they do a lot of 3rd party auditing & my small fry takes them with no fuss.

I got sick everytime after taking prenatal vitamins. Doctor said this made them pointless and recommended children's flintstone vitamins or any children vitamins that had iron. I got the Flintstones with extra iron. They also have folate

I use olly kids multivitamin +probiotics but don't know if it actually helps with not being constipated as we never really had an issue. My kids love it though because they are gummies.

We buy olly vitamins when they are on sale. They have a ton of different kinds & I’m betting one of another kind jumped into your bottle. They even have gummy worm shapes for kids!

We used Nova Ferrum because it has fewer additives than most and also advertised clinical studies. I forget when we started. Our pediatrician routinely tests at whatever months old and our baby had low iron. (Our baby was 3/4 breastfed and 1/4 formula fed, so he had low iron despite the formula supplement).

It is the only one I can get my daughter to take consistently and she does not even need a drink to wash it down

We tend to go organic, but I’ve heard good things about the Nova Ferrum brand.

We use Renzos iron melty tabs and have never had an issue, kiddos like the flavor too which is a plus!

the Renzo tabs quadrupled his iron levels in one month🎉

  • n
    NN12345
The Renzo melty tabs were amazing for my son! His iron levels corrected themselves in the one month between blood draws. He also loves taking them. They taste like a tart smarty instead of like the nasty iron liquid. We tried several types of liquid iron which would make him cry and throw up before discovering the Renzo tablets.

Renzos actually has a multivitamin called Picky Eater. I give it to all five of my kiddos 😂

My daughter also takes Renzo’s picky eater plus iron. She spit it out the first two times I gave it to her, but now she loves it. It’s only half a tablet until they’re four.

My son tried several (unsuccessfully) before we tried Renzos dissolvable tablets. He loves them and his iron levels corrected in a month. He was taking 2/day for a month, now he just takes one daily for maintenance.

  • m
    MamaBirdHome

My son had a severe iron deficiency about a year ago. He is a picky eater and was drinking too much milk (milk leaches out iron from our bodies). We started him on a iron regime under doctor’s supervision and got his level up within 3 months using Renzos Iron Strong melt tabs. They taste great - like grape koolaid - and melt in your mouth. No gross iron supplement taste here. Made such a huge difference in our sons life and improved his sleep 200%.

  • c
    CrunchyMama2123

As for iron levels, we like the Renzo’s. Mine had low iron levels and had a febrile seizure that was tied to low levels.

A big thing that helped me with my kindergartner this year and 2 year old was switching their multi vitamins (were taking smarty pants) to Renzo’s picky eater!!!

I was taking iron supplements also and they made me feel sick. I take the chewable iron pills that I give my kids now 😆 and they are so much better and I don’t feel sick when I take them. They don’t have a bad taste either they are mixed with vitamin c and have an orangy flavor to them got them on Amazon . They’re called Renzo’s vitamins for kids .
